Humanitarian Convoy Reaches Aleppo Countryside

(FNA)- An aid convoy was delivered to the Northern and Western countryside of Aleppo.

Sponsored by the Syrian Government, Aleppo governorate  in cooperation with World Food Program(WFP) and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch (SARC) delivered a convoy of humanitarian aid to Aleppo, Syrian Arab News Agency reported.

"The convoy consists of 7 trucks loaded with 5600 food packages, each one weighs 40 kilograms," Aleppo governor Mohammad Wahid Akkad said.

The governor said that the convoy is sent to the citizens of Nubol, al-Zahra’a, Afreen, Azaz and Uram towns, pointing out that it is the eight one sent to Aleppo countryside during the short past time.
