-Lausanne meeting ends with no outcome

The meeting of 9 foreign ministers along with the UN Representative in Lausanne with regard to the resolution of the Syrian crisis and establishment of a ceasefire has ended with no result.

 

-Mosul awaits heaviest anti-ISIS operations

Tens of thousands of Iraqi armed forces have tightened the surrounding circle of the city of Mosul to begin the most important operation of this country against ISIS by order of the Prime Minister.

 

IRAN

 

-Yemeni strike against Saudi Arabia’s military bases

The Army and popular forces of Yemen have targeted military bases and positions of Saudi Arabia in the southwestern part of this country, killing a number of Saudi military forces.

 

-Iran and Morocco; new chapter in diplomatic relations

After eight years of no diplomatic relations between Iran and Morocco, Morocco has appointed one of its experienced diplomats as its ambassador to Iran.
