U.S. Iraq pullout will lead to closer Iran-Iraq ties: ambassador
Mehr News - The Iranian ambassador to Baghdad has said that the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq will prepare the ground for closer ties between Tehran and Baghdad.
Speaking to IRNA On Sunday, Ambassador Hassan Danaiifar said that obviously, when U.S. forces were present in the neighboring country of Iraq, they used to put obstacles in the way of relations between the two countries.
