Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Mohammad Eslami and Director-General of Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation (ROSATOM) Alexey Likhachev exchanged views on issues of mutual interest in a meeting held in Vienna on Monday.

The two held a “very constructive” meeting and “reviewed bilateral cooperation and projects,” said Iran's Representative to the Vienna-based international organizations Kazem Gharibabadi in a tweeted message.

According to Gharibabadi, this was the first meeting of Eslami and Likhachev which was held on the sidelines of the 65th General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
