The editor-in-chief of this paper, after writing a short history of past negotiations between Iran and western countries regarding the nuclear issue and Iran’s numerous measures in confidence-building, states that the “ceiling” of expectations of the US and its allies from the Islamic Republic should be the disregard of its compensations, and the “lowest expectation” of Iran from the 5+1  should be securing confidence, the first step of which is annulment of all illegal resolutions and sanctions against our country.
